Return Policy

  • All sales are final. I am sorry as we do not accept returning of sold item.
  • However, there are exceptions where shipping error or serious manufacturer error/fault occurs. Please contact us within a 3 days after receiving the products.


  • For all the preorder item, the minimum deposit payment (item specific) is treated as the confirmation of payment. For any preorder item without minimum deposit payment are not confirmed. 
  • No refund/changes request will be accepted once the preorder confirmation is made (once the payment is made)
  • Cancellation forfeits the minimum deposit of the preorder
  • Preorder deposit is normally 20% of the stated price for normal item, while premium item with 100% deposit meaning no cancellation at all.


  • For shipping error, kindly return it to us, and charges will be refunded/compensated. 
    • The conditions of returning products must be all new. (and factory sealed if it was)
    • Following this, the correct item will be resend free of charge to the buyer.
  • For manufacturer fault, kindly send us an email and describe the parts/problem.
    • Great to attach some photos describing your situation.
    • Some figure/parts maybe not replaced instantly, as it takes time for us to claim it at the manufacturer.
    • Please note that issue due to color variations is not considered as manufacturer fault.

 

  • Feel free to send us request for the product details due to lacking of product information. Please note that we will not be refunding simply because the product is not what you expected. 
  • We reserve the right to reject claims of any products in cases of user abuse.
